None of my countersink bits are narrow enough to fit down in the aluminum T-track, so I attached it with some dome-head screws which were just shallow enough to clear the T-bolt.

I cut some more pieces of the plywood and made a little riser to attach to the scissor jack.  It was tricky getting the nut inside the head of the jack and holding it steady while I tightened the bolt.

A little piece of plywood screwed into the riser registers it on the head of the scissor jack and keeps it from twisting.  I brought the cast iron table down to nest in the riser, and then I could attach the auxiliary table to the riser, locking it all in place.
