San Francisco - Day Three
I picked up Karen and Aaron at their hotel and we drove south of the city to San Mateo Memorial Park, where Francesca and Rob’s wedding was being held. Despite a few glitches, the outdoor wedding ceremony went well. There was a live jazz band for the reception, and time to sit around and talk with my classmates.
Golden Gate Bridge
After the wedding was over, we drove back into the city, and I dropped Karen and Aaron off at their hotel. I only had a couple hours before I needed to drive out to the airport, so after checking out of my motel, I decided to get some photos of the Golden Gate Bridge. Unfortunately, it was a very foggy day, and the bridge was mostly obscured. I didn’t have time to wait around in hopes of a sunbreak, so I snapped a few last pictures and then took off.
All in all, it was a good trip, although too expensive and not long enough.
