House Next Door Sold

Saw a UHaul truck next door this weekend, and heard people walking around and talking over there… so I guess someone is moving in.  Wonder what they paid for the house?  I’ll have to wait for it to show up on portlandmaps or zillow.

Checked portlandmaps.com today, and the new mortgage is listed for the house next door.  $230,000, just like the listing.  I can’t believe they paid that much!

Haven’t met the neighbors yet.  I still wonder if they bought the house or if they are renters and someone else bought it.
